Meet Dr. David Yoshida

“Dr. David”, as his patients often call him, has studied the latest findings in Mind/Body/
Spirit wellness for the 32 years heʼs been in practice. He incorporates the best new
findings in brain plasticity, healthy and practical eating habits,  restorative
exercises, Energy Medicine, and happy, healthy lifestyle practices with his patients,
continuing to help educate them in making wise, safe and comfortable choices.

Dr. Yoshidaʼs expertise in working with patients who oftentimes have a complex array of
symptoms and conditions (see Health Conditions) and successfully assisting them in reversing
chronic health challenges has become part of why health professionals and patients
often refer their loved ones to his office.

The first visit begins with gathering a thorough history on each patient,
followed by a thorough examination. This provides Dr. Yoshida and the patient with a clear
map of where they are starting and at the same time, clarifying what the Main Causes
of the patients problems are. Combining the best aspects of Western and Eastern
diagnostic and treatment often helps expedite the return to health.

Listening carefully to what each person has to say, Dr. Yoshida includes a step that
goes further in finding the gateway to success; that is, to ask each person what their health goals are.

When enough data has been gathered and Dr. Yoshida understands where you
are beginning and where you are choosing to finish up, he creates a customized outline
and a clear step-by-step method for getting you there in a safe, wise manner.

This Health Improvement Path can include many different pieces, or just a few simple
steps, depending on the underlying causes of your problems and the goals you have
chosen.

Throughout his life, Dr. Yoshidaʼs keen interest in the Science of Cognition or how the mind works, as well as his curiosity in understanding the whole bodyʼs inter-related functions, currently address the latest
findings in maintaining brain fitness and improving the overall quality of your life.

This is important in the prevention of premature aging, memory loss, degeneration of body,
mind, spirit, and the ability to be happy, have fun and enjoy life!

At the end of your visit to our office, Dr. Yoshida will provide you with the physical,
emotional, nutritional, metabolic and lifestyle tools that you may use in your daily life to
help you attain greater and greater levels of health.

The last and most important part of this formula to your Wellness and Quality of Life Plan
is how Dr. Yoshida and his staff will continue working with you in creating a vibrant,
supportive and caring network.  We are here to help you in every way possible to ensure
you are reaching your greatest levels of health!
